Why We Do Not Publish 200 City Pages
It is trivially easy to generate a page for every city in India by swapping a name into a template. Google calls those doorway pages, and it removes them — along with the rankings of everything else on the domain.
So we do the slower thing. A city gets a page here only when we can write six hundred words about that specific market that would be wrong if you pasted them onto any other city: how people phrase local queries there, which landmarks carry search volume, which industries distort the results, what the seasonality looks like, and how hard the competition genuinely is.
That is why this list is short and grows slowly. Every page on it is one we would defend line by line.
